Crooked Creek Baptist Church provides financial assistance to those in our community who are experiencing an emergency.  Potential recipients are asked to do the following before financial assistance will be considered:

  • Complete and submit the application form on this page
  • Attend a service at Crooked Creek Baptist Church
  • After the service, meet with church representatives to determine possible assistance.
